One of The Computer Doctor's main promises to you is patient/doctor confidentiality, and to assure your information is protected at all times.

The TimewarpSoftware privacy policy is very simple and puts the customer first. We strive to keep confidential ALL information collected from any customer, even persons to whom consulting services are given.

We do not keep on record any of the following types of information: Social Security Numbers, Credit Card Numbers, Driver's Licence Numbers, or any other State or Federal Id Numbers. Information of this type is shredded or destroyed, and never kept on file.

Other information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Addresses, and etc, are kept on file and are never shared or disclosed to ANY other party, company or person for any reason. I take your personal privacy very seriously, and realize that it is my privledge to do business with you, and as such, it is my responsibility to protect any data which is disclosed during our business transaction.

As well as the above mentioned information, there are other data items that are protected by this promise. Those items are: Personal or financial information discussed with the customer, Data or files that are on the client machine, or any non-standard or controversial software, hardware devices, or processes in use at the client location. Information of this type is never kept on record, and never discused except with the client.
